A man and a boy have been given a crown court date after an alleged burglary.
Joe Mitchell, 21, and a 17-year-old boy who cannot be named for legal reasons, appeared before Chelmsford magistrates yesterday charged with burglary.
The pair, both from Harlow, entered no plea and will appear at Chelmsford Crown Court on May 27.
The two were arrested after an incident in Beaconfield Way, Epping, at around 11.30am on Wednesday.
