But the hearing was adjourned to a later date, although the court has set a trial date for February 23 next year.

Three men aged 38, 31, and 30 were arrested and bailed with no further action.

A 24-year-old woman arrested on suspicion of assisting an offender and a 22 year-old man has been bailed pending further enquiries.

Mr Latty was taken to hospital after police were called to the scene at around 5.35am but was pronounced dead at 7.15am.
