A spiritualist church has raised £1000 for an ambulance trust by hosting a clairvoyance evening at the weekend.
Epping Spiritualist Church in Weald Hall Lane, Thornwood, presented the cheque to Essex and Herts Air Ambulance volunteer John Turnbull, on Friday.
The event consisted of three mediums, Victor Coppin, James Argue and Steven Smith sharing clairvoyance messages with audience members.
Director of Fundraising and Marketing Pam Witherington said: “A massive thank you to the Epping Spiritulist Church.
“We rely solely on the fundraising of the public and without events like this we couldn’t bring the hospital to the roadside.
“Without our army of volunteers and fundraisers we couldn’t do the work we do, we are very grateful.”
