Obhioise Ogedegbe of Lea Bridge in Walthamstow in court today
A Leytonstone landlord is in court today accused of letting an unfit home out to tenants.
Obhioise Ogedegbe of Lea Bridge in Walthamstow faces 19 charges of failing to comply with regulations over cleanliness and management of a home in Odessa Road.
Charges include providing dirty facilities, mould, damp and using keys in locks instead of turn locks and no fire alarms on one floor.
Each alleged offence relates to an inspection on December 10, 2014.
He will appear at Thames Magistrates Court today.
