A man is set to face trial after pleading not guilty to drink driving.
Jimmy Richard Paul Dooley, 25, of Stanbridge Road in Leighton Buzzard, is accused of driving a BMW in Bakers Lane, Epping, on January 1 under the influence of alcohol.
Dooley allegedly tested for 51 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath.
He appeared in Chelmsford Magistrates Court on Tuesday (June 30) where he pleaded not guilty.
Dooley, who has been remanded on unconditional bail, will return to the same court for trial on July 14.
