FOUR men have been arrested in connection with a “messy” robbery which saw bottles of perfume stolen.
A 32-year-old, 42-year-old and 43-year old from Harlow and a 37-year-old from Saffron Walden were arrested yesterday, (April 27).
Boots in Epping High street was broken into between 6pm on Monday, April 24, and 7am on Tuesday, April 25.
Police say the thieves broke in through the front door and searched the shop, stealing a four figure sum worth of perfume during a “messy search.”
Cabinets were also smashed.
Anyone who witnessed the burglary, or saw a silver Vauxhall Astra in the area is asked to call 101.
