A WOMAN was helped out of her car by firefighters after a crash.
Crews from Harlow were called to help paramedics after a crash in Lindsey Street, Epping, at 4pm yesterday (April 27).
Firefighters gave the woman first aid before releasing her from the car and giving her to paramedics at 4:40pm.
