Tomorrow night Woodford Green with Essex Ladies' Tiffany Porter will be hoping to secure her place in the Commonwealth Games 100m hurdles final.

Porter will take part in qualifying during the Thursday evening session and the final takes place on Friday night.

The 26-year-old will have medal hopes after winning the 100m hurdles at the British Championships last month but she could only take fourth in the Diamond League meeting at Hampden Park earlier this month, with a time of 12.88 seconds.
