Blue Marlin knocked out Northend 6-2 in a goal-laden encounter.
May & Baker EC A were 5-2 winners at home to St Francis whilst Leyton Green lost 3-0 at home to Chingford Athletic.
Essex Junior Trophy first round
Grove United were the round's big winners, 9-1 at Beacon Hill Rovers Reserves.
Ryan Under-21s routed Inter Plaistow 7-1 to march into round two.
Grove United won 3-1 at Haver Town Reserves whilst Harold Wood Athletic B overcame Chingford AthleticReserves 1-0.
Singh Sabha Barking exited in a five-goal thriller at Brentwood United whilst Glendale were defeated 2-1 at Braintree & Bocking United Reserves.
