Eton Manor suffered another heavy defeat on Saturday as they went down 55-0 to London Irish Wild Geese at the New Wilderness.
Coach Jamie Connors handed two youth team players – Charlie Wood and Tom O'Connor – their first taste of National League 3 rugby but it proved a harsh introduction.
Manor fell behind after just five minutes to a converted try before Paul Pritchard was sin-binned and the resulting penalty was kicked.
Two further tries followed before half-time – one of which was converted – to give the visiting Irish side a 22-0 lead at the break.
Rhys Davis-Horne was yellow carded after the restart for coming in from the side of a ruck before Irish added another converted try.
Injury to Jack Tovey only served as further cause for disappointment and the away side soon made it 36-0 by going over again.
Manor battled on and were punished for errors when they came within sight of the try-line and ruthless Irish underlined the step-up in class with three further tries before full-time to wrap up a comprehensive victory and leave Connors' side bottom.
Manor will look to regroup ahead of this weekend's trip to Chichester – the side who beat them in the play-offs two seasons ago.
Chingford were also beaten heavily, going down 57-10 at Brentwood in London 1 North.
In London 2 North West there was a 26-14 win for Woodford at Hammersmith and Fulham.
There was also a thumping victory for Epping Upper Clapton in London 3 North East, beating Beccles 50-5 away from home.
Wanstead were beaten 34-20 at home to Southwold elsewhere in London 3 North East.
