CHANDLER, Grace Passed away in Whipps Cross Hospital on 18th August 2014 aged 104 years after a short illness. Now reunited with Frank, she will be sadly missed by brother Derek, sister in law Susan and nieces and nephews. The funeral will be held on Monday 8th September at 2pm at Christchurch, Francis Road, Leytonstone followed by cremation at City of London. Special thanks to the staff of George Mason Lodge and Chestnut Ward.
