Frances Balnaves Manjra 1936-2015 Frances passed away peacefully at the Margaret Centre, Whipps Cross Hospital on the 13th January 2015. Teacher, manager, consultant, magistrate, governor, and active member of the Labour Party, Frances' life was one of dedication to public service. Much loved by husband Mohamed, son David, daughter-in-law Bec, granddaughter Sui, sisters and brother, family and friends, Fran will leave a large gap in their lives but will be recalled with love, affection, and much laughter. Cremation and a celebration of Fran's life will take place at the City of London Crematorium at Aldersbrook Road, London, E12 5DQ on Wednesday, January 28th at 11am. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made out to Rotary Club Edmonton and sent to 3 Harman Close, Abbotts Cres, Highams Park, London, E4 9SH to form a gift to the Margaret Centre
