HANNAFORD, Anne Passed away at home on Saturday, 13th June 2015 after a long struggle with cancer, borne with courage and determination. Dearly loved by her family and all who knew her. Mass at Our Lady of Grace at St Teresa of Avila, Chingford at 11.00am, Thursday 2nd July 2015. Family flowers only.
