LONDON BOROUGH OF HARINGEY TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990 ("the Act") THE COUNCIL OF THE LONDON BOROUGH OF HARINGEY hereby gives you notice that it has made an order under Section 247 of the above Act to authorise the stopping up of the following areas of public highway which are shown hatched with black diagonal lines and marked as Area 1 on the plan attached to the Order:

THE COUNCIL OF THE LONDON BOROUGH OF HARINGEY hereby gives you notice that it has made an order under Section 247 of the above Act to authorise the stopping up of the following areas of public highway which are shown hatched with black diagonal lines and marked as Area 1 on the plan attached to the Order:
(1) The area of the public highway to be stopped up forming the highway known as Land at Apex House, 820 Seven Sisters Road, London N15 5PQ (approximately 171.07 sqm). THE ORDER IS MADE to enable the development described in the Schedule to be carried out in accordance with the planning permission granted under Part III of the Act to Grainger Seven Sisters Ltd planning reference HGY/2015/2915.
COPIES OF THE ORDER AND THE RELEVANT PLANS MAY BE INSPECTED FREE OF CHARGE BY WAY OF APPOINTMENT during the 28 days commencing on 20 October 2017 at River Park House, 225 High Road, Wood Green, London N22 8HQ. ANY PERSON MAY CHALLENGE the validity of the order on the grounds that it is not within the powers of the Act or that any requirement or regulation made has not been complied with within 6 weeks commencing on 20 October 2017 by application to the High Court under section 287 of the Act.
