A TALK is to be given on the role of east London in the rise of football at the Leyton Orient Supporters' Club.
Football historian Colm Kerrigan will speak on 'early football in east London' on November 25 from 8pm.
The event, organised by the Leyton and Leytonstone Historical Society, will also include a real ale bar from 7pm.
A collection will also be taken to help raise funds for a memorial to be erected in France to O's players killed in the First World War.
