AN internationally renowned opera singer has given a talk in Highams Park.
Dame Felicity Lott spoke on her life and career for the Forest Recorded Music Society on Friday, attracting an audience of 70 people.
The singer shared stories of the famous people she has worked with and also played recordings of her notable operatic roles.
Still a touring artiste, she has appeared on Desert Island Discs and will be performing in Paris, Brussels and Leipzig this year.
The Forest Recorded Music Society presents evenings of classical music throughout the year as well as inviting visiting speakers.
