Singer songwriter Reg Meuross plays the North Star pub in Leytonstone on Thursday (July 21).
The performance is organised by promoters What's Cookin' as part of their Leytonstone Festival programme of concerts.
The show starts at 8pm and entry is free, although donations are welcome.
And on Sunday (July 24) What's Cookin' hosts a musical 'picnic' at Henry Reynolds Gardens in Bush Road, Leytonstone, also as part of the festival.
The programme of music, which runs from 1pm until 8pm, includes performances from The Fabulous Pentrators, The Hightown Crows, The Curst Sons, the Benjamin Folke Thomas Band, Simon James Onions, Graham Larkbey and The Escape Committee, Texas Tea, The Lucky Strikes and The Dog Roses.
The afternoon also features beer and a barbecue. It's free, but donations welcome.
Four unsigned rock bands play the Standard Music Venue in Walthamstow this Thursday (July 21).
They are Feud, Nitroville, Delusions of Grandeur and Donutsh.
The gig, which is organised by promoters Club Bus Wind, starts around 8.30pm.
Entry is £6, or £5 with a band flyer.
Tribute act The Small Fakers headline the venue, in Blackhorse Road, on Saturday (July 23).
Entry is £10 and doors are at 8pm.
Waltham Abbey Folk Club hosts a Singaround jam night on Monday (July 25).
Entry is £1.50p and it begins at 8.30pm.
Grand-Reunion play Loughton Folk Club on Thursday (July 21).
Entry is £2, with a £1 discount for members.
The show is at the Loughton Club in Station Road, and doors open at 8.30pm.
A variety of local musical acts play a charity fund-raising night at Ye Olde Rose and Crown pub in Walthamstow this Saturday (July 23).
Harpist Anna Skodbo, Andrew Secrett, Looking for Luke and Graham Larkbey are among those performing at the event.
Money raised goes towards organiser Sally Ross’s sponsored ten day trek of China in October. She’s hoping to raise £3,200, which will then go to the Have a Heart charity, which supports the Children Hospices UK charity.
The gig starts at 7.30pm in the pub’s upstairs room and entry is £5.
Lose Otros play Ye Olde Rose and Crown on Tuesday (July 25).
The show starts at 8pm in the main bar and there's no entry charge. Expect a mix of standards and bossa nova tunes.
