EPPING: Flats earmarked for petrol station site

PLANNING permission is being sought for 14 flats on the site of a former petrol station.

Insigniacorp Ltd has applied to Epping Forest Council for permission to build 11 two-bedroom flats and three three-bedroom flats on the site of Wintry Park Service Station, in Thornwood Road, Epping.

i no no no wares i can finded the patrol s for my cars/ is very bad thay no provides the sarvise for the parson an must driveded far way to by the patrols meybe motways?

Mr. Khalid seems to have an attack of grammer and spelling for his first post here. I am begining to wonder about you Mr. Khalid.
Regarding the flats - there is nothing wrong with flats, but its where you build them that can be a problem.

Unless Me Khalid lives where all the flats are being built, I don't think it has anything to do with him. I speller is correct, it's not the building of flats, it's where they are putting them. Morris Hickey is right flats, flats, more bloody flats. we have had enough.
