Rayleigh Town booked their place into the quarter-finals after beating East Thurrock United Reserves 3-2 after extra-time on Sunday.
Peter Beaumont, Aaron Russell and Luke Wilson grab the goals on route to victory.
Also into the last eight are Kelvedon Hatch who edged past Rochford Town with a 1-0 win thanks to Lee Newton.
Division Two
Ryan closed the gap on the teams above them on Saturday when they claimed all three points with a 4-1 win over bottom club Broomfield.
Joe Wright notched a hat-trick and Bradley Harris scored the other Ryan goal which means they are still in the relegation zone but only a point behind Roydon, who sit one place above them in the table.
Brad Passway scored for Broomfield who remain rooted to the bottom.
