The 12 year-old from Essex, who belongs to Orion Harriers athletics club, came first in the 70m hurdles and shot pot.
Penfold won her first event, the 70m hurdles, in a personal best time of 11.70, shaving nearly two seconds off her previous best of 13.44, set last year.
In the high jump, Penfold came fourth with a height of 1.50m, having given 1.55m "a good go", according to coach Bob Penfold.
Penfold rounded off her day by winning the shotpot, posting a distance of 7.61m.
