The Connaught Club last week hosted the AEGON British Tour event with club member Lewis Thompson reaching the men’s quarter-finals.
Thompson, 19, was knocked out by Keelan Oakley 6-3, 7-6(6), with Oakley falling to eventual winner George Coupland in the semi-finals.
Milan Kretjetin was the other Connaught member involved but he was beaten in the first round of the main draw.
Poor weather forced both the mens and womens’ finals to be played indoors, with qualifier David Wright beaten 6-4, 6-1 by Coupland and Beth Askew seeing off Aimee Gibson 6-0, 6-4.
The Connaught Club is also hosting an exhibition squash match on Saturday, June 14, featuring the world number two Laura Massaro and Jenny Duncalf, who is ranked tenth in the world.
