West Ham United are interested in signing out-of-contract Chelsea defender Ashley Cole, according to Caughtoffside.
Cole, 33, is set to be released by the Stamford Bridge side when his contract expires at the end of the month and the Hammers are understood to be among those keen to snap up the experienced defender on a free transfer.
The former Arsenal left-back found himself behind right-back Cesar Azpilicueta for much of last season and subsequently lost his place in Roy Hodgson's England squad ahead of the World Cup.
Capped 107 times by England, Cole announced his international retirement after being left out of the squad for this summer's World Cup in Brazil.
West Ham boss Sam Allardyce is looking for a left-back after releasing George McCartney.
