West Ham United have made a £12m offer for FC Dnipro winger, Yevhen Konoplyanka, according to Sky Sports.
The 24-year-old wideman had been close to joining Liverpool at the end of the January transfer window but the deal broke down when Dnipro president Ihor Kolomoyskyi refused to sanction to the switch.
West Ham had been linked with the Ukrainian international earlier in the summer but it is now understood a formal bid for the playmaker had been launched.
Konoplyanka has spent his entire professional career with Dnipro, making 167 appearances for the Ukrainian outfit in all competitions - scoring 37 goals.
Predominantly a left-sided winger, Konoplyanka can play on either flank or behind the main striker as a number ten.
The 2013/14 season was his best season to date with Dnipro, scoring 13 times in 36 outings as the club finished second in the Ukrainian Premier Division.
