Leyton Orient are expected to give some of their new signings more game time this evening when they travel to League Two Plymouth in the first round of the Capital One Cup.

Russell Slade's side suffered a disappointing start to the season on Saturday after losing 2-1 at home to Chesterfield.

But O's fans will have the chance to see some of the summer arrivals in action, which could include Saturday's goalscorer Darius Henderson and Jobi McAnuff, as the club attempt to get them up to fitness.

Slade said: "Getting them up to speed is going to include minutes on the pitch and we've got a lot of games coming up over the coming weeks.

"Like everything, the league will still be the priority but we've never shirked any responsibility in any cup competition since I've been here. We've always tried to be competitive in everything we've done."

It will be the O's first game against Plymouth since they won 4-1 at Home Park three years ago.
