Premier Division

Wadham Lodge were the division’s big winners as they moved up to second place with a 7-1 victory over Hannakins Farm.

The visitors simply had no answer to Wadham’s fire-power, which saw braces from Harry Honesty and Perry Burns. The other goals came via Charlie Georghiou, Bradley Falco and Eric Palmer.

Hannakins ended the game with ten men; Dave Limber netting their consolation.

Buckhurst Hill had an afternoon to forget as they were brushed aside 7-1 by Bishop’s Stortford Swifts.

Anthony James continued his goal-scoring run by claiming another hat-trick and was joined on the scoresheet by James Thomas (2), Scott Williams and Carrin Harrison.

Buckhurst scored a consolation via Axel Kodjo.

Newbury Forest remain in the relegation zone after they lost 3-2 at home to Rayleigh Town.

Visitors Rayleigh took the lead in the opening stages when Peter Beaumont unleashed a 25-yard drive that flew into the net.

Adam Harris headed Rayleigh into a 2-0 lead, before Terlochan Singh pulled one back for Forest.

Rayleigh then made it 3-1 just before half-time when James Blewitt slammed home a 30-yard volley.

Newbury pulled one back in the second half through Danny Kenny but were unable to overcome the deficit and now find themselves embroiled in a battle for survival.

Division One

Ongar Town were beaten 2-1 by Old Chelmsfordians, leaving them glancing nervously over their shoulders.

Niki Love scored a goal for Ongar but then they gifted Old Chelmsfordians an own goal before being sunk by a Ben Sanders’ effort.

Division Two

Toby lead the table by five points after they beat lowly Ryan 8-2. Paul Carr was on hand to score four times and James Coleman added a brace, whilst Desmond Gallen and David Major netted a goal each.

LOASS were big winners, beating bottom-placed Debden Sports 5-1 away from home.

Milosz Kwolek was twice on target, with the other goals coming via Scott Hill, Kwame Agyei-Manu and Alex Dahnovskyy.

Matt Dodd snatched the Debden goal but they remain rooted to the foot of the table.

Division Three

FC Hamlets POAPC came through their top-of-the-table encounter with Epping with a 3-0 victory that keeps them at the summit.

Epping have now dropped down to third after Nathaniel Foster, Malik Aggabi and George Oakley scored the goals which keep Hamlets top of the pile.
