Leyton Orient's hopes of avoiding relegation suffered a major blow after being thrashed 6-1 at MK Dons.
The O's fell behind when Dean Bowditch tapped the ball in before Rob Hall's cross somehow ended up in the net.
A penalty from Will Grigg made it 3-0 before a stunning volley from Hall completed a miserable first half for Orient.
Hall completed his hat-trick with a composed finish before Jay Simpson marked a rare start with a consolation goal.
But promotion chasers MK Dons rounded off the game with their sixth goal after an excellent finish from Dele Alli.
