Leyton Orient have terminated the contract of goalkeeper coach Lee Harrison with immediate effect.
It was understood Harrison would be demoted to work with the academy but the League Two club have instead ended his time at Brisbane Road.
In his place, Rob Gagliardi will take on the position in addition to his role as head of recruitment.
The news comes just one day after Kevin Nolan was forced to step down as manager.
