Chingford Athletic made it safely through to the third round of the Fenton Cup after they defeated Inter Plaistow 7-1.

The Essex Alliance Football League Premier Division side saw Charlie Heatley score four taking his tally to 11 for the season with Anton Trice, Samuel Garrett and Will Gleeson also getting on the scoresheet.

Samuel Garrett was the man to score for Plaistow but it was a mere consolation.

London Falcons recorded their second victory of the season in the Premier Division, with a 3-1 victory over Melbourne FC.

James Tsokallis, Daniel Vearer and Harry Rouse were all on the score sheet for the Falcons as Wayne Matthews got the goal for the hosts.

In Division One Three Colts remain undefeated at the top of the table after a goalless draw with West Ham.

And East Ham International now sit in eighth place after falling to a 5-2 defeat at Colebrook Royals.

Cowley Community put in an excellent second half performance to come back from 4-1 to draw 4-4 against Singh Sabha Barking.

Andrew Mooney, Gabriel Onireti and Izunna Ogedi-Uzokwe all scored in the last half an hour to rescue a point for Cowley.

St John’s Deaf came away with all three points after a hat-trick from Yener Sigirtmac lead them to a 3-2 win against Ferns Seniors.

The win leaves St. John's in eighth with the Seniors one point behind in ninth.

Forest Green battled to an outstanding victory against Chingford Athletic Reserves, coming back from 2-5 down to win 6-5 in Division Two.

Michael Johnson scored a hat-trick for Chingford with Michael Boahene and Sam French making it five.

But two goals from Orane Fisher and one a piece from Kristos February, Ricky Stewart, Marcel Destouche and Marlon Corbin finished off an excellent Forest Green comeback.
