A Hainault-based boxing club continued their long tradition of producing champions at the National Schoolboy Finals at the weekend.
Gator ABC had two out of their three finalists crowned as winners following their fights against strong opposition.
Bobby Newman outworked his opponent from Barking to get a points decision in his favour.
Gerald McDonagh was also successful in a points decision in his match over his rival from Holland Park by producing clinical shots as well as timing them correctly to add a second gong for the club.
But there was not such good news for Chris O’Driscol, who narrowly missed out on making it a title hat-trick for the club, as he suffered a narrow defeat by virtue of a judges decision.
Gator also had a ring debutant on Friday evening as Amaan Mohammed stepped out for his first match at the Troxy in Limehouse.
He impressed in his non-scoring boxing skills bout in front of a large audience.
