ORIENT boss Martin Ling has handed youngster Harry Baker his first team debut for tonight's Johnstone's Paint Trophy second round clash at Brighton.

The second year scholar comes in for the injury ravaged O's, who are still missing eight first team regulars.

The Bexleyheath-born midfielder has just turned 18 and comes in for winger JJ Melligan, who has been ruled out with a virus.

Meanwhile former Everton keeper Jamie Jones is handed only his second appearance for the east Londoners, while Andrew Cave-Brown retains his place at right-back after making his full league debut in the 2-2 draw with Scunthorpe at the weekend.

ORIENT: Jones; Cave-Brown, Ashworth, Saah, Palmer; Baker, Chambers, Terry, Demetriou; Dawkins, Jarvis. Subs: Morris (Gk), Purches, Boyd, B Gray, Shields.
