Young Watford winger Michael Bryan scored the only goal as a Leyton Orient reserve side fell to defeat against Ipswich Town.
The O’s were trailing 2-0 to an experienced Town side before trialist Bryan pulled one back.
Orient fielded three first team professionals, with goalkeeper Jamie Jones continuing his comeback from a shoulder injury, while Syam Ben Youssef and Moses Odubajo were also involved.
Cormac Murphy put the Tractor Boys in front before Damien Delaney’s header doubled the advantage at the break.
Bryan reduced the deficit but goals from former Watford man Nathan Ellington and Jack Marriott secured the win for Ipswich.
