DO YOU LOVE COOKING! Then enter our fantastic new TOP DISH cooking competition, show us what you can do and you could go through to CHEF FACTOR 2011.

TOP DISH cooking competition Saturday 19th March 2011 at Waltham Forest College – starts 11.30am We’re looking for 10 TOP DISH contestants to come along and demonstrate their cooking skills to a panel of judges who love good food. TWO contestants will then go through to CHEF FACTOR 2011 with a chance to win the CHEF FACTOR 2011 TROPHY AND £300 (CHEF FACTOR CHALLENGE takes place Saturday 2nd April 2011).

TOP DISH winners will be announced at a special AWARD evening SATURDAY 19TH MARCH at Waltham Forest College.

All you have to do is fill in the application form with your suggestion for a starter and a main course and why you have chosen your dish and return to Guardian newspapers. (Free application form within this week’s Guardian Series Newspapers). Closing date for entries FRIDAY 4th MARCH 2011.

The ten successful entrants for TOP DISH will be notified by letter by 11th March 2011.
