4. Local artist and illustrator, Carl Harris, has, over the past few years, started developing a visual storyline based upon Catboy: the boy with the cat shadow, inspired by his cat Harrison and nephew Austin. He’ll be giving drawing demonstrations on site.

5. You’ll recognise the work of this talented, energetic street artist, Hannah Chloe aka Adamaszek, from her contribution to Walthamstow’s Mural on the Marsh. Known on the street art scene for bringing a delicate, painterly touch to her urban works, she also creates softer edged portraits and has a penchant for featuring foxes. She’ll be creating art on site on the day. It may or may not feature a fox.

Walthamstow Town Square, Walthamstow, E17, Sunday, August 17, noon until 5pm. Details: street17.co.uk
