WALTHAM Forest Council and Apex Arts (Arts Council of Waltham Forest) will stage the biggest and most innovative dance event in Waltham Forest's Fellowship Festival from July 11 to July 13 Red Onion Studio and Agency's Artistic Director Dee Curtis has produced the event to provide a platform for local dance groups to showcase their talent as well as perform alongside established dance companies.
