BITTER rivals Arsenal and Tottenham are set to battle it out for Lille midfielder Jean Makoun.
Spurs boss Juande Ramos is thought to be a big admirer of the Cameroon international, while Gunners boss Arsene Wenger is thought to see him as an ideal replacement for the recently departed Mathieu Flamini.
It may, however, not just be a straight fight between the north London pair, as Monaco, Juventus and Marseille also said to be interested.
That could see bids rise to as much as £11million for the 24-year-old.
