Arsenal could move for Fulham's MD

11:27am Wednesday 14th May 2008

ARSENAL have identified Fulham's managing director David McInally to take the place of Keith Edelman.

Edelman's sudden resignation earlier in the month has triggered a head-hunting campaign by Arsenal officials, and McInally appears to have emerged as a frontrunner.

The Cottagers director played a key role in enticing Roy Hodgson to Craven Cottage, who in turn saved the club from relegation. And it is understood that he is well thought of at Emirates.

Birmingham City's Karen Brady and Sevilla's director of football Ramon Monchi have also been linked with the post.
