Spurs midfielder set to return
SPURS midfielder Hossam Ghaly will leave Derby County, according to Rams manager Paul Jewell.
The ex-Wigan Athletic boss had appeared keen to hold on to the Egyptian after Ghaly started 14 of 16 games with Derby.
But the situation has changed and Jewell will release the player after the side were relegated to the Championship.
"Hossam had a really good spell for us, and when I spoke to him he said he would like to stay in the Premier League," said Jewell.
"But if he couldn't find anything in the Premier League, he would come to Derby.
"But Hossam has played his last game for us now, I think, and we will be looking elsewhere."
