ARSENAL target Diogo Luis Santo has spoken of his affection for Europe's top two divisions, the Premier League and Spain's Primera Division.
The highly-rated Brazilian has been attracting interest from the Gunners and Italian side Fiorentina, and he has confirmed his ambition to one day play in the continent.
He told Elpenalti.com: "The English Premiership right now is one of the strongest in the world, and of course they has two finalists in the Champions League. But already the Spanish Leagues is getting stronger."
A potential stumbling block could be the fee his club Potuguesa are asking for the forward.
The Venezuelan side will not let their star name leave for less than £11 million.
Diogo also wants his club to receive a fair price for his services.
He said: "I have a dream of plaing in Europe. I'm prepared if that happens now, but I respect my commitment to Potuguesa.
"I will only go if the proposal is good for me and the club."
The Brazilian U21 international has netted 18 times in 24 matches for his nation's youth sides and is one of the hottest prospects in the South American market.
