A DRIVER suffered a cardiac arrest while crossing a roundabout this morning.
The man, who is thought to be in his 60s, was treated by paramedics at the Crooked Billet Roundabout at the junction of Billet Road, Chingford Road and the A406 North Circular in Walthamstow shortly before 9am.
He was taken to Whipps Cross hospital in Leytonstone.
