FUNDING has been agreed to buy two litter bins and nine trees.
Councillors of the Area One Committee agreed last night to fund an additional two 100 litre litter bins to Christchurch Green, in High Street, Wanstead at a cost of £1,200.
The two bins will joing the 16 bins already on the green.
Councillors also agreed to fund the planting of nine trees in Oak Hall Road, Wanstead at a cost of £2,300, following a request from a member of the public.
Both projects will be funded out of the committee's discretionary budget for the year.
