ORGANISERS of a popular community festival are on the hunt for volunteers to help make next year's event a success.
Plans for the 2013 Loughton Festival are well under way, with the line-up already including a gala, craft days, markets, concerts and historical talks.
The committee is looking for volunteers to help organise events, plan publicity, raise funds and help out on an occasional basis over the winter and spring.
The festival, which will take place in March and April, will raise funds for the Chigwell Disabled Group, Chigwell Riding Trust for Special Needs, Lambourne End Outdoor Centre and City of London and Eastern Society of Organists.
Last year's nine-week run raised more than £9,000 for local causes.
