THE RIVER Roding is once more on flood alert following a night of heavy rain.
The Environment Agency has issued an alert for the middle River Roding area - including Abridge, Loughton and Buckhurst Hill - this morning.
The agency said river levels were expected to continue rising throughout the day, resulting in flooding to lower lying land, roads and gardens next to the river.
No property flooding is expected at this stage.
