THE River Roding remains on flood warning this morning as more heavy rain fell over night.
The Environment Agency warns the river will be repsonsive to the heavy rain and is likely to remain out of banks this afternoon.
Low lying roads, land and gardens are likely to remain flooded and some areas may experience surface water flooding.
Motorists are advised not to drive through floodwater by firefighters if they cannot be sure of the depth.
More rain is expected throughout tonight and the agency say they are monitoring the situation closely.
Flood alerts also remain in place for the lower, middle and upper Roding around Redbridge, Woodford, Wanstead, Ongar, Fyfield, High Ongar, Stapleford, Loughton and Buckhurst Hill.
