Those who go the extra mile for their community are being sought as the nominations open for the Loughton Citizenship Awards.
The town council is asking people who live in the town, employers, schools and groups to nominate people who have shown bravery or who have volunteered for the community.
Nominations must be received by January 31 and forms are available by calling the council on 020 8508 4200 or visiting loughton-tc.gov.uk.
