Nappy and breastfeeding advice session for parents at Creative Biscuit Cafe, George Lane, South Woodford

New parents can get advice on how to use cloth nappies and breastfeeding at a drop in session.

The 'Nappy chat' is taking place at Creative Biscuit Cafe in George Lane, South Woodford on Thursday between 10 and 12pm.

Advice will come from the Redbridge Council's Feeding Team and a breastfeeding advisor will also be on hand to answer any questions.

The council is offering a trial pack of real nappies worth £25 for just £5 for parents with children under 18months.

To download an application pack for the nappies visit www.redbridge.gov.uk and search for 'nappies' or pick a form up from Sid and Evie's clothes shop in George Lane, South Woodford.
