A television chef cooked live outside the town hall earlier today.
Richard Fox who has appeared on Channel 4, ITV and BBC's Good Food Show was demonstrating how to cook meals from food and vegetables which would otherwise go to waste.
He appeared outside Redbridge Town Hall in High Road, Ilford as part of the Love Food Hate Waste cookery roadshow.
