A new networking group had its first meeting of the year this week.
The Link4Growth meeting took place at the Marriott Hotel in Waltham Abbey on Wednesday morning and involved 20 people from businesses, local authorities and education, who discussed how to develop the economy in the area.
The meeting was part of a national movement that aims to link businesses, community groups and public bodies.
Organiser Paul Violet said: “It’s been an encouraging start in this new area, and Waltham Abbey is set to be a major contributor to the aims of Link4Growth nationally.”
