Serbian fairy tales are to be brought to life with readings accompanied by music at a library this weekend.
Performers will tell stories based on the folk tales to adult audiences at Walthamstow Library in High Street on Saturday.
The event celebrates the release of Serbian Fairy Tales, a collection of the stories first compiled by a friend of the Grimm brothers, which features new illustrations and information about the origin of the tales.
Tickets to the event between 6.30pm and 8.30pm cost £5 and can be booked via www.serbianfairytales.com or by calling 07415 024 262.
