A date has been set for the popular Waltham Abbey Pancake Race.
The race, which sets children and adults the task of flipping the Shrove Tuesday staple during a race down Sun Street, is due to take place on February 12.
The first race, open to under-fives, will take place at 11am, followed by a sprint for parents and carers and one for businesses.
People can enter at the event.
