A former City high-flier who swapped her high-pressure job for a career in baby massage is extending her business to help more mums relax.
Anna Rona, who currently runs baby massage classes at Kids Korner off the Wake Arms roundabout near Epping, is starting a class at Bababoom baby shop in Loughton High Road.
Baby massage can be used as a way of treating colic and other digestive problems and can encourage bonding between parents and babies.
Mrs Rona, who has an 18-month-old son, Alfie, said: "Before having my son Alfie in July 2011, I worked as a high flyer in the City selling advertising for various large publishing companies.
"After discovering the benefits of baby massage for myself, I felt compelled to leave my old job behind to become a baby massage and baby yoga instructor."
The classes are due to run every Tuesday for five weeks, starting on March 12. For more details, visit www.little-lotus.co.uk or www.facebook.com/littlelotusbabymassageandyoga.
